What we collect

• Account data — email address, name and whether you are a job seeker or employer.
• Application data — the name, email, phone number, message and optional resume file you submit when applying to a job.
• Employer data — company name, description, location, website and logo URL.
• Usage data — page views, job views, searches and apply clicks, stored with a random session identifier so we can measure what is working.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. We store the order amount, status and receipt link; we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to operate the job board: showing listings, delivering applications to the employer that posted the job, managing accounts and subscriptions, preventing abuse, and improving the site.

Who sees your information

When you apply to a job, your application and resume are shared with that employer only. We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers who run the platform on our behalf — our hosting and database provider and Stripe for payments.

Resumes and storage

Resume files are stored in a private bucket. Access is limited to the employer who posted the job and to you as the uploader.

Your choices

You can update or delete your account information at any time while signed in. To request deletion of an application, a resume file or your account, contact us through the contact page and we will process the request.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to hold an anonymous session identifier for usage analytics. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
